★ 18-10 stainless steel: but the chemical composition in the air more and more, some more polluted places even 304 will rust; so some advanced products such as: brand pot and some Japanese products, will be made with 10% nickel to make it more durable and corrosion resistant, this stainless steel called 18-10 stainless steel.

Stainless steel is often divided according to the organizational status : martensitic steel, ferrite steel, austenitic steel, austenite-ferite (duplex) stainless steel and precipitation hardened stainless steel.
